Family Therapy & Family Interventions
Repair, reconnect, and rebuild trust where it matters most.
Whether you’re navigating tension between siblings, working through a rift with your adult child, or trying to heal after years of miscommunication, family therapy can be a transformative space. I specialize in helping families move from stuckness to strength, offering structured and compassionate guidance to shift painful dynamics into meaningful connection.
Who I Work With
Parent/Teen or Parent/Adult Child Relationships
Siblings working through old patterns
Mothers and daughters
Chosen family or long-time friends
Multi-generational family conflicts
If the relationship matters to you, it matters here.
What Makes This Work Different
My background in Gottman Method Couples Therapy informs my work with families in powerful ways. I bring the same research-based clarity and emotional depth to every relationship system I support—because the skills that help couples turn toward each other can also help families listen better, speak more honestly, repair faster, and love each other more effectively.
Practical Support, Not Platitudes
I bring a toolkit of real strategies to help you:
Calm reactive patterns and de-escalate conflict
Practice emotional attunement (even when you disagree)
Say what you need without pushing others away
Rebuild trust after distance or betrayal
Clarify boundaries, roles, and values as your family evolves
You won’t just talk about the problem. You’ll learn how to do something different.
A Note About Age
While I love working with families, my preference is to work with children ages 10 and up. My style is active, relational, and grounded in direct, respectful conversation that honors each voice in the room.
