Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work
Offering the 7 Principles weekend workshop with an extensively trained Gottman Method therapist (completed all 3 levels).
This weekend workshop is an immersive experience designed to enhance communication, disarm the “4 Horsemen” and build a relationship based on the “Sound Relationship House”. The workshop is based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman as presented in the New York times bestselling book, The Seven Principles For Making Marriage Work.
Attendees will learn proven tools to help couples:

This is a great starting place for couples who want rapid and powerful change.

Committed couples who are dating, contemplating marriage, or who are married. This workshop is not appropriate for couples with severe relationship distress, intimate partner violence, active untreated addictions or serious mental health issues. This workshop is educational in nature and is not a substitute for relationship therapy.
The leader will be available for questions and direct support in the workshop.

The leader is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in couples work including Gottman Level 3 training. Learn more about your provider here.

The workshop combines teaching and demonstrations with one-on one- individual work focusing on your relationship with your partner. Confidentiality is strictly maintained and while I encourage questions and comments- you are not expected to share in the workshop.
